I love the burner buddy. It has saved me time and the hassle of constant maintenance on my stove glass top. I have not noticed much of a difference with the cooking temperature of my burners. Love the quick and easy cleanup and not having to worry about destroying the finish on my stove glass top. The communication with support in asking questions and placing the order was wonderful. I purchased Burner Buddy to protect my brand new range. When it arrived I installed it with ease. However, the first time I used it there were caked on rings beneath the pans. I tried everything to clean it. I contacted the company and they sent me a cleaning kit. It arrived yesterday and I got right on it. OMG! Simple cleaning and the razor blade, then the polishing glass cleaner make it look like new!! Buy Burner Buddy, and don't skimp! Buy the cleaning kit and follow the easy directions for a brand new look every single time! And if you have an issue, contact customer support, they are amazing and quick to respond. By the way, the pan protectors you see under the pot & pans are removed before cooking! I store them there because they are used all the time, so I'm extra protective.
