Shipping and Returns

How does free shipping work?

Free shipping is offered with all orders in the continental US. Customers outside the continental US will need to pay for shipping to their destination.

How do I start a return?

Email info@burnerbuddy.com with your order number and someone from our team will respond to determine if your return is eligible and provide next steps.

What is the return policy?

Each Burner Buddy comes with a 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not totally satisfied within 45 days you can return the product for a full refund excluding any expedited shipping fees. The product must be returned in the original packaging (foam inserts and cardboard box) to be eligible. The glass can crack if not shipped properly. All sales are final after the 45 day window.

You will be provided with a return shipping label via email that will need to be printed and affixed to the package.

My Order Arrived Damaged What Should I Do?

Email info@burnerybuddy.com to start the process of receiving a replacement. Do not remove the glass from the package. Re-seal the box and you will be provided with a return shipping label via email that will need to be printed and affixed to the package to send back.

Step One

Make sure your cooktop is clean and free of any debris.

When you are ready to install, carefully remove your Burner Buddy from the packaging.

Step Two

Make sure the bottom of your Burner Buddy is clean and free of any debris.

Carefully place the back of the Burner Buddy down first and lower the front (BB logo side).

Center it over your cooktop's burners.

Step Three

Silicone bumpers are provided to prevent any movement.

Peel the paper backing off the bumper before placing.

Step Four

Start by placing one silicone bumper adhesive side down directly on your cooktop next to your Burner Buddy at the corner (or side if preferred).

Once the first is place you can place the remaining bumpers. Only four are required to secure the panel.

You're All Set

Here is an example of how the bumper placement should look. These will prevent the glass from sliding during cooking or cleaning.
